Who are “the crew”?
Local trades we’ve checked and signed up — not a random directory. Before anyone joins, we verify their NSW licence for the work they do and sight their insurance, and they agree to our service standards: contact you within one business day, quote in writing with their licence number shown, and use a proper contract. It’s still smart to confirm the licence yourself on the NSW Government licence check before you sign.
